A well-known and internationally acclaimed as a retailer of the world's most prestigious timepieces and a manufacturer of trendy accessories initiated a RPA project with a goal to improve operational efficiency of its back-office. The goal of the project was to automate one of the most labour-intensive and time-consuming back office functions by reducing processing time and improving operational efficiency. The process scope of the automation was to capture statistical data on sales from the external web-portal for the particular fiscal periods in order to prepare Dashboard reports with different charts and diagrams for review and consideration by the management. Brought to the production robot delivered tremendous results by improving operational efficiency of the target process by more than 900% and enabled the business to greater manage financial related functions.

  • Process name: Financial report preparation by scraping the statistical data from web-portal;
