«DMS Solutions» is pleased to announce the release of Document Management System elDoc version 3.10.0
Release v3.10.0 introduces the enhancements to the BPM functionality in terms of how to greater manage document approval workflows. The introduced enhancement enables system administrator to activate the feature (where and if required) on "document workflow optimization". Enabled "document workflow optimization" feature will set the workflow as optimized and will not require approvals / sign-off from authorized parties in case the respective parties previously provided their approval / sign-off on particular document. This feature helps to optimize significantly the document approval process by making it lean and efficient and reduce overall document approval process lead time. The introduced feature is customizable via Administration Panel in elDoc system and could be enabled / disabled by system administrator in one click.
