We have been working around the clock to deliver what we have promised to our valuable clients - version 5.3.0 of elDoc - Intelligent Integrated Automated Platform for intelligent document processing and end-to-end document workflow automation.
elDoc v5.3.0 delivers major new features and set of improvements introduced to enhance the functionality and the performance of elDoc - Intelligent Integrated Automated Platform.
One of the new key feature of this release (version 5.3.0) - is advanced reporting capabilities. The reporting functionality is now available for BPM (Business Process Management) and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) modules of elDoc. We made reporting capabilities very flexible for the clients to be able to customize the settings / filters to build the required reports as per business needs. The reporting capabilities are introduced to support enterprises to increase operational efficiency through performance management visibility.
There are the following key major reports that business users may build in elDoc system leveraging different settings / filters.
- Average document idle time;
- Average document processing time (per document type);
- Average document processing time (per user);
- IDP (Intelligent Document Processing): recognition queue utilization;
- Number of documents currently in progress (per user);
- Number of initiated documents (per user);
- Number of processed documents (per user).
