The largest and the leading provider in the country operating in the field of energy, gas and oil (a holding with ~80 000 staff employed) faced with an urgent necessity to automate the invoice settlement process within the organization in order to improve the operational efficiency and decrease the lead time for payments settlement. Invoice settlement process was extremely time-consuming requiring manual data input into SAP with further manual invoice status tracking.
Scope of the RPA Project:
- End-to-end automation of payments settlement based on received invoices
- Involved applications: SAP, MS Office, e-Mail Client
- RPA Platform: UiPath
- Setup timeline for RPA (Development): 5 working days
Achieved Results:
- Achieved 90% of automation of the target process
- Improved operational efficiency by >300%
- Level of mistakes reduced to 0 due to implementation of sound algorithms of payments processing
- Delivered automation within 4 working days on the Client premises
